You can access your medical records by logging onto the patient portal. This is the same website that you used to make the appointment online.
One of our medical providers, either an NP, PA or MD. They may have a tech with them as well to assist them during your visit.
We do not dispense medications. You will need to pick up your prescription at your pharmacy. We may initiate your first dose if indicated with oral or IV medication.
Follow up is recommended with your primary care provider. If you do not have a primary care provider or if you would like us to come back for follow up, we would be more than happy to return to your home. Just make an appointment.
Yes. We will take care of patients 6 months of age and older.

We collaborate with a mobile imaging service. If necessary, we will order you the appropriate x-ray via our EMR. Palm Diagnostics will contact you to schedule your mobile x-ray. They often offer same day imaging that will be read by their radiologist. If you prefer to go to another imaging center we will provide you with the prescription for the appropriate test.
Not all diagnosis will require bloodwork. If the provider determines that you need blood work we will draw it during your appointment. The specimen will then be dropped off at Quest Diagnostics. Your labs can be accessed via the patient portal.
Yes, we do have the capabilities for telemedicine.
The customized IV infusion services we offer are not covered by your insurance. However, if you have a medical diagnosis that requires IV fluids or IV medications this will be submitted to your insurance company for processing.
